Description
This is a pretty old shot of mine, 2007 to be exact.
My girlfriend and I were in the north-east of Germany, because of university affairs and decided to take a day trip to the Baltic Sea.
At one point the dark clouds were pushed back by a very strong wind and I took this shot.
It was done with my trusty old Sony Cybershot DSC-P200 (R.I.P.) in manual mode. Up until recently I didn't have the means to really edit the JPEG the way I liked, but now that I have Aperture 3 I finally managed to get it done.
The adjustments I made in Aperture 3 are the following:
• increased the exposure of the whole picture
• polarised the sky part of the picture
• slightly raised the contrast level of the sand
I'm a photo and photo-editing amateur, so critique and comments are very welcome.
